Life tip: Ask “why”. Like, a lot.

I was recently asked how I stay easy-going.  There are a lot of ways, here is one.

Part of why we are high-strung involves putting a lot of thought, care, energy and worry into things that, when you boil them down to pure simplicity, aren’t really that important.  You’ll find the same is true when you consider consequences.

When you’re worried, ask yourself why.  When you answer yourself, ask it again.  And again.

It doesn’t eliminate all worries, but it certainly narrows down the list to the things that are important, which are more easily tackled without all that noise.
